My home watch services are fully customized to your needs. Basic services include, but are not limited to:
- Visual inspections of the entire property, inside and outside
- Water leak, mold, and moisture checks
- Inspection of HVAC system, all home electronics, and systems
- Check battery trickle charges, start and drive vehicles to keep battery and tires charged and rotated
- Make sure pool equipment, water level, and lanai screens are all in working order and free of damage
- Empty mailbox and put all packages in home or mail to current address
- Check for any pest problems
